PCG recently completed the new workplace solution for this mid tier legal services firm at 77 Castlereagh Street comprising 2,426 M2 over levels 9 and 10. PCG undertook the design and project management of this new workplace within a total period of 12 weeks from the date of appointment. The significant feature of this project is the occupancy ratio achieved through the partial transition of professional staff into an open plan solution and the time, cost and quality metrics of the project given the time and logistical constraints presented to the project team members.
