PCG has just concluded acting for these two Federal Government tribunals in their endeavour to identify, procure and take occupancy of a long term Melbourne accommodation solution. The new workplace solution is located at 120 Spencer Street Melbourne. PCG was appointed in January of 2012 to provide tenant representation services and then were subsequently appointed to provide architectural and project management services for the creation of the new 3,500m2 workplace comprising open plan and enclosed work settings, support facilities and a suite of high tech hearing rooms. Major design features in the workplace include uncompromising acoustic treatments, state of the art video and ICT and extensive passive security technologies.
