PCG was selected by Clarke Kann to assist in determining their Brisbane and Sydney corporate real estate and workplace solutions comprising approximately 2,500 M2. The most recent result for Clarke Kann is the completion of their new Sydney workplace which was the culmination of our tenant representation service which resulted in a lease over the entirety of level 4 within 9 Castlereagh Street comprising approximately 654 M2. The new Clarke Kann workplace was designed and project managed by PCG and is the result of a very positive and strong working relationship between our teams and both parties are extremely proud and excited by the outcome and how the workplace will positively contribute the ongoing success of this iconic Sydney legal firm.
