This Federal Government Agency selected PCG as their preferred partner in undertaking the establishment of a new Canberra workplace for its ACT team members. PCG was initially responsible for the provision of tenant representation services to search and secure the new leasehold property and has recently received a further mandate to undertake the following project components:

• the relocation of the AAT’s Canberra office, currently located at 40 Marcus Clarke Street Canberra City to the Site;
• the design of the AAT’s fit out of its new premises at the Site;
• tendering the Fit out Works;
• letting the contract to the successful tenderers of the Fit out Works;
• administering the Fit out Works Contract;
• procurement of loose furniture, fittings, white goods and workstations;
• exiting the lease for existing premises; and
• Relocation of AAT’s operations from its existing premises to the new fitted out premises at the Site.
