PCG has been selected by McGrathNicol to design and deliver their new Sydney workplace project within the prestigious 20 Martin Place development.
McGrathNicol has decided to relocate from 60 Margaret Street, Sydney and occupy levels 12 and 13 of the 20 Martin Place development comprising 1,600m2. This new high performance professional services workplace will feature an interconnecting stair and offices, meeting spaces and breakout areas to accommodate and enable up to approximately 123 staff to perform at their best. The office design will be focused on meeting the workflow and staffing needs of McGrath Nicol, who work closely with their blue chip clients in developing and implementing innovative solutions.
