PCG have recently completed three workplace projects for the Commonwealth Goverment Department, Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). Working with their Perth, Adelaide & Brisbane management teams, PCG completed a Masterplan to determine their future workplace requirements, before acting as tenant representatives for their commercial property search and aquisition.
Adelaide
The new 1,600m2 office is at Levels 2 and Level 3, 1 King William Street, Adelaide. Lease terms are for 10 years and the Landlord is Anvil Capital.
Brisbane
AAT has agreed to lease Levels 5 & 6 at 295 Ann Street, Brisbane. Their lease is for 2,423m2 and 10 years. The landlord is Investa.
Perth
AAT have agreed to lease Levels 13 and 14, 111 St Georges Terrace. The lease is 1,500m2 for 10 years. The Landlord is 360 Capital.
